L&K Consultancy Candidate Loyalty Scheme
Essex-based L&K Consultancy has launched an exclusive membership card for all individuals who register their details with L&K in their search for employment. Membership will provide discounts at a number of local companies. Candidate director Claire Ashwell says: “We were the first local agency to shift the focus from clients, to candidates by dedicating resources to the ongoing care of those that register with us. L&K’s main focus has always been to pro-actively work for the candidates who give us the privilege of working on their behalf. We see the membership card as another way we can give something back to them for giving us that opportunity.” Managing director Louise Raza adds: “Candidates have a choice of which agency they can go to, and we recognise that fact. We hope this latest development of the benefits they receive through L&K, along with our strong reputation for the dedication we show our candidates, will ensure it’s L&K they choose.”
