Known as the ‘Pearl of the Alps’, Saas Fee, originally a farming village, lies at the base of a massive mountain bowl, and has the serenity of a car-free village in one of the most majestic glacier-topped mountain settings in Switzerland. Skiing in Saas Fee is now relatively extensive with runs for all standards of skier from beginner to expert. Guests are accommodated at the Fereinart Resort & Spa where luxurious features include whirlpool spas in generously-sized bedrooms, a mock-glacier pool with waterfall and a Wellness Centre offering a huge range of treatments including Hot Stone Therapy and Ayurvedic massage.
