SUPPORTING AFRICA’S NATURAL HERITAGE
TIMBAVATI BUSH SCHOOL – SOUTH AFRICA

As part of their Responsible Tourism Travel Programme, Peregrine Adventures continue to raise funds to support South Africa’s Timbavati Bush School.  Initiated by Timbavati Private Nature reserve and community leaders, the school encourages students to develop and nurture appreciation of Africa’s natural environment and conservation issues – taking what they have learnt back to their community.  Peregrine, through raising funds via the Community Trust, aim to offer scholarships to the South African Wildlife College (SAWC) to the two bush students who impressed with the strongest impact on their community.  Following a six-month course, the scholarship students will receive placements at various game lodges in the area to gain more practical experience and be prepared for employment.

Peregrine Adventures offer limited availability on South African tours incorporating Timbavati Private reserve, thus supporting the school project.
